Free reputation snapshot
We ask two or three standard questions across the five AI platforms for the submitted identity and show an available-review snapshot in a 1-2 page report. Apparent mix-ups or allegations remain unverified until checked. No action plan or implementation is included.

Paid onboarding and baseline
Confirm approved facts, locations and authorised contacts. For individuals, record name variations, profession, registration details where relevant, workplaces and known same-name people. Connect supported profiles, agree name searches, complete the full five-AI baseline and prepare the action plan. A starting information-health score is provided only when sufficient evidence is available.

Scheduled monitoring and alerts
Daily review checks, weekly name searches and monthly five-platform checks. Automation handles routine checks; flagged exceptions receive human review. A detection alert is not a guarantee of real-time or complete coverage.

Monthly report and ready-to-use actions
A concise two-page summary shows score status, changes, alerts and priorities. Action guidance includes the relevant link, suggested wording where appropriate and clear steps that can be passed to a practice manager or other authorised staff.

You approve and publish replies or submit correction requests. Keep an action record and compare results at the next scheduled check. Hands-on implementation and additional investigations require separate scope.
The Guardian score measures online information health, not clinical quality, character or legal compliance. The report shows the assessment date, evidence coverage and scoring basis; incomplete results remain pending.

An upgrade path that stays simple
An Individual subscriber adding a business moves to the Business plan, with their name charged at the $35 person add-on rate. Existing assessment work is reused where possible; any additional setup scope and fee are confirmed before the change.
Billing, access and approval
Monthly subscription billed in advance; one-off setup billed on acceptance of the activation scope. Cancel before renewal to stop future monthly billing. No automatic overage charges. Source availability, privacy, retention and service terms are agreed before activation. Every public action requires client approval.
Tax treatment
May be tax deductible for eligible business use. Check with your accountant. Private use and the circumstances of an individual subscription need separate consideration.

Five AI platforms at onboarding and every month
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok. Standard paid scope: three agreed questions per enrolled identity on each platform - 15 answer samples per identity per monthly run. A business plus one person receives 30 samples. Each result is dated; an AI answer is a finding to verify, not proof.
Website availability for Business plans
One homepage checked every five minutes, with confirmed outage / recovery notifications and certificate-expiry warnings. Repairs and managed cybersecurity are outside this subscription.

Name, title, qualifications, registration, workplaces, background and contact link. Includes structured identity details, SSL, uptime monitoring and routine technical maintenance. Client owns the eligible domain. No ranking or AI citation guarantee.
Changes after launch
Content changes: $140/hour + GST ($154 incl), in 15-minute increments; minimum $35 + GST ($38.50 incl). Submit changes together; approve the price before work starts. Larger requests receive a written quote. Errors introduced by Arke are corrected free.
Ownership and boundaries

This can strengthen your own published account and reduce gaps in the information available about you. It does not control third-party articles, genuine reviews or search rankings. Accurate adverse records are not erased, and no AI citation, ranking or change in an answer is promised.

Authority before implementation
Where Arke acts on your behalf, signed authority and approved wording are required. Use delegated manager access where available; clients complete required verification. Public correction channels are used where appropriate. We never ask for shared account passwords.

Red-flag alerts: what they mean
Potential triggers include clusters of negative reviews, newly discovered media mentions, references to courts or regulators, possible impersonation, and material changes in sampled AI answers. Alerts show what was found, where, the source link and priority. Allegations and name matches require verification; they are not findings of misconduct.
Accurate records and genuine criticism
Guardian does not promise removal of accurate public records or genuine reviews. Where information is wrong, the next step may be a factual correction request. Where adverse information is accurate, guidance may focus on an appropriate response or specialist referral.
Professional confidentiality
Healthcare and legal replies must protect confidentiality. Drafts should not confirm a patient or client relationship. An authorised professional reviews relevant copy; factual or registration checks are not legal advice or certification of advertising compliance. No patient records or case files are needed for standard monitoring.
What is outside the service
No legal advice, crisis or issue response, complex investigations, managed cybersecurity, repair work or guaranteed takedowns. Serious matters may be referred to your lawyer or PR adviser. Review-generation campaigns for health clients are not offered under this product.
